This past weekend, we took Logan on his first trip to Austin to meet some special people that he had not met yet. Logan got to meet his Daddy's best friend - Dustin. Logan had so much fun playing with him, and Uncle Dusty even gave Logan his own video game controllers. Logan thought he was pretty cool!
I am terrible about taking pictures, so the rest of the pictures are borrowed from my MIL - (Thanks Jennifer!)
Logan also got to meet his Aunt Meredith's family. They were so sweet to invite us over for barbeque (which was delicious I might add!) on Saturday. Logan had so much fun meeting everyone, and entertaining us all!
The Strutton Girls - Lizzie, Meredith & Kelley (sorry boys, we didn't get a picture of all of you)
Cory - Lizzie's husband (the only guy we managed to get a picture of - sorry!)
The Strutton's gave Logan a ball and he LOVED it!
Logan being the monkey that he is - playing with a toy in his hands and also playing with the ball on his feet.
He also got to meet their cat Abby, and loved her too! He LOVES animals it seems.
On Sunday, we got to have lunch at probably my favorite burger place. Their burgers are yummy, have delicious buns, and their sweet potato fries are so good! I didn't think to get a picture of the food - I was too busy devouring it. Ha!
After lunch, it was time for us to head back to Houston. Logan did so good on the car ride home. He was a little fussy at first because he was tired, but once he fell asleep he slept for probably close to 2 hours. Then the last part home he entertained Gigi and Poppy by talking and squealing at the top of his lungs.

Talking!
Happy Boy!
Even though it is very different traveling with a child, and much more difficult, it was so much fun! I'm so glad we went! It was just a little taste of our next adventure - taking an airplane to Massachusetts to introduce Logan to my Grandma for the first time. Don't worry - I'll blog about that too!
